Investment: 3006 Northup Building
The 3006 Northup Bjuilding is a 40,000 square foot suburban office building along SR520. It was purchased by MDC in 1990 and has been an excellent investment.
The building is stable and the major tenants, GE, Benton and Bray, CPAs and MDC have been tenants for more than 25 years. The building is always immaculately maintained and is the home office of McConkey Development Company.
