This is Fred McConkey's first industrial development. Built in 1984, it is an 89,000 SF multi-tenant
dock high and ground level warehouse facility, just south of Boeing Field.
The building is owned and managed by MDC.
Rain City Fencing:
This property was bought by a Microsoft retiree. MDC renovated the building into a world class Sport Fencing facility.
MDC also manages this multi-tenant building.
3006 Northup Way:
This is a 39,000 SF Class A Office Building, with GE as the main tenant. MDC has owned and managed this building since 1989.
It is in immaculate condition, and also serves as our business location.
