McConkey Development Company will finance several of its acquisitions and developments through Private Placement Investment offerings during this economic cycle.
We deliver a reliable and consistent financial return on invested capital for our investors. During this current economic recession, we plan to buy several properties below replacement cost. MDC is the Managing Member, and is also an investor in all of our deals. We provide excellent service to our investors.
