is the President and Owner of McConkey Development Company located in Bellevue, WA.
Fred focuses on the strategy, financing and development and brokerage of Office, Retail, and Industrial
properties. The company develops and manages high quality properties for our clients, and for our own
account. We address the needs of our clients in brokerage, acquisitions, due diligence, and property
management from an owners point of view. Our expertise includes site selection secure entitlements, development and management. We focus on retail properties requiring development. Fred is a graduate of Washington State University with a Bacherlor of Arts in Business Finance. He has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Puget Sound. Fred is also a licensed broker, and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Fred is the Mayor of Hunts Point and serves on the SR520 Executive Committee.

| Carolyn Phillip is the Executive Assistant and Property Manager for McConkey Development Company. She joined the firm in December of 2003 after working as an Assistant Property Manager for 5 years with Leibsohn & Company in Bellevue. She manages approximately 250,000 square feet of commercial office, retail and warehouse space, dealing with tenants, owners, and vendors on a daily basis. Carolyn also handles the daily office and accounting functions for McConkey Development. Carolyn received her Washington State Real Estate License in 2002, and worked as a residential Real Estate agent. Carolyn grew up in San Diego and moved to the Seattle area in 1982. She graduated from Grossmont College in San Diego. |
